In parallel with our tradition of raising managerial staff from within our ranks, continual development and investment in people form the foundation of our training and development approach.
Professional and personal development training offered in seminars, in the workplace, or through distance learning helps our employees to reach higher standards in their working lives. Training is provided at our centers in Ankara and Istanbul, as well as at 24 different locations countrywide.

School of Banking
Attend the School of Banking and Take the Reins in the Future of Banking
The School of Banking is a development program that aims to train candidates for management to enable our bank to reach its objectives in line with its mission and vision.
A corporate brand in banking training, the School is based in Ankara (1989) and Istanbul (2009).
In our program based on the principle of continual development, our students are provided with Economic, Finance, Law, Accounting, Credit Knowledge, Risk Management, and Sales and Marketing theory along with the possibility of applied workplace training (internship) at our branches.
The program aims to reinforce our bank's units with employees skilled in entrepreneurship, innovation, analytical thinking, problem solving and strategic thinking.
Orientation Training Programs
These programs help newly recruited employees to gain the attitude and knowledge essential to their role, develop fundamental professional and personal development skills, and increase their capability in adapting quickly to their position and to our bank.
Orientation training programs include such essential information as an introduction to the banking profession and our bank organization, sales, product information, loans, and the ethical principles of banking.
All of these training programs have been designed with different content for each recruitment position category and is supported by internship and simulation programs that help our young colleagues to blend the theory they have learned with its practical application.
Certification Training Programs
These programs support employees to help them develop along their career paths with professional training, and to realize alternate career plans of their own choice through optional training.
Certification training works on a credits system. Those who complete a certain number of programs may advance after attending an exam.
Not just our bank's employees, but employees of other banks both domestic and foreign, university students, customers in the context of customer training, and even our children can benefit from our training programs.
